How to switch source on a TV without the remote control?
I have a Eurostar HDTV 32" and i've lost the remote control during a move. I've plugged in a dvd player and I can't get the source to show. I've tried plugging in my computer through a VGA cable and it doesnt work either. I've been changing the source using the Source button on the tv, switching between source options with the Channel +/- buttons and confirming with Source button again, but the TV still says no source is plugged in. Other than buying an expensive universal remote control, what can i do?

You can get a OneForAll remote for less than £20. Much easier than playing space invaders with the front panel.

im not sure in this... yet i think of you will get a distant that works for any t.v. in any different case, in case you have the handbook for the t.v, study that to work out in case you will come across something
