What is iPad's biggest competition?

What is iPad's biggest and best competition? Motorola Xoom Samsung Galaxy or another? Which one is as good as iPad but not as expensive?

Mainly Galaxy tab. For the price, Xoom is great too. But nowdays, Asus Eee pad is getting more and more common choice too.

According to Apple themselves (in the lawsuit), Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is the their biggest competitor. You might want to look into the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer (either the old or new one that's coming soon) which is cheaper but quite good too. It's nearly the same as the Xoom and Galaxy Tab but you get to buy an extra keyboard which you can attach to make it work like a laptop.

In fact Apple is currently going through court trials in more than 6 countries, trying to stop samsung from releasing their tab. they claim samsung has used their design and Screen.

But the fact is , they're afraid of the competition.


They won the case in Aus, galaxy tab cannot be sold here
