what paints to use on a glazed coffee cup?

I want to write a saying and draw a picture on a store bought coffee mug..What kind of paint do I need to use?

    If it's already been glazed, no paint in the world will stick to it permanently. Only another glaze and another firing will do that.

    China paints that are fired in your home oven (like the brand below) might work, but they won't be all that dishwasher-safe.
