Is there a limit to being able to give out "thumbs up"?

There relatively is not any such element as "infinite own wealth." I wager in case you asked one hundred those with a internet properly worth of a million funds, they'd not sense they have infinite wealth. yet for the sake of your question, enable's say a magnate or a billionaire. somebody might desire to have no regulations on procuring that wealth (as long because it is finished legally). surely, very few human beings ever will so there may well be no threat of all of us being "wealthy."

No, there shouldn't be a limit for just that, regardless.

It sounds like you may be having either some browser issues or a JavaScript issue. Have you tried visiting the site in another internet browser? I had so much trouble with my IE I had to almost exclusively go to Mozilla Firefox a while back.
