a School of Fish and
a Gaggle of Geese .......
Pride of Loins,
a Murder of Crows,
an Exaltation of Doves and
a Parliament of OWLS..
Now consider a gathering of Baboons,
They are the LOUDEST,
most DANGEROUS,
most OBNOXIOUS,
most VICIOUSLY AGGRESSIVE and
LEAST INTELLIGENT of all primates !!!
a Group of Baboons is called a CONGRESS !!!

Yes, you are correct on the Baboons who are running the U.S. to the ground.

Actually, there are three Collective nouns for baboons -
a flange of baboons
a congress of baboons; and
a tribe of baboons.
Come to think of it, it does describe the Tribe of the flange of Politicians in the Congress very well.
However, I really think you goofed up with the Lions, because you spelled that Loins and it's not a Pride, but could be a Clash of Loins, if you get what I mean.
Funny thing is that a Group of Apes is called - "a shrewdness of Apes"!
Oh, and by the way, I couldn't find an Elation for doves in the list down there at the link below.
