How do I get from Gare du Nord, to Rome metro?
Also how much is a 'carnet' of tickets. Can I use the carnet ticket on train/bus/metro?
Yorrick, you're a mine of information, thanxs.

First, not all metro stations still have live people selling tickets. Since it's a train station with lots of foreigners likely to arrive, there will probably be a window with a person who will sell you tickets. Otherwise, there are machines where you can use euros to buy tickets. One strange thing I ran into is that some machines appear to take only paper money, but others take only coins. I never did figure it out, since I bought a one-month pass and stopped having to mess with tickets.
Even if you can't buy tickets at a window, there should be an information window where you can ask for both a Plan du Metro and a Plan de Paris. Since it's a big station, they will probably have both on hand. If you can't speak French, write PLAN DU METRO and PLAN DE PARIS on a piece of paper and hold it up. Both maps are free.
I'd go for simplicity rather than what the other poster suggested.
In the Gare du Nord, you can follow signs and walk across to a platform for the Metro 2 (blue) line. It'll be a little bit of a walk, but it's all within the underground metro station area, and you won't have to change trains. If you do this, you'll officially be at the La Chapelle platform/stop for the M 2 line.
Take the M 2 (blue) line in the direction of Porte Dauphine (just as the other person suggested). Your stops will then be Barbes Rochechouart, Anvers, Pigalle, Blanche, Place de Clichy, and Rome.
In every station, there are maps of the neighborhood (Plan du Quartier) posted on the wall. You should come up out of the metro on the Boulevard des Batignolles, right near the Gare St. Lazare. By the way, the Rome stop is very small, and there was no escalator or elevator. If you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to struggle up the stairs.
You can buy a carnet of 10 tickets (I just checked the RATP website, and it's 12.50 euros), which can also be used on the bus or the RER/regional train (but for the train it's only good within the Paris zone). I had a Carte Navigo, good for a month (but starts only on the first of each month). You can also buy one, two, three, or five-day passes. Cost also depends on how many zones you want to use.
One extra note for other metro trips after your first one: Hold on to your ticket until you are well and truly out of the metro. Many stations let you exit without using your ticket, but not all of them. And in some big stations, like Chatelet Les Halles, where there is a huge convergence of different lines, you may exit from one part of the station and then have to go through another gate to get to where your platform is. You will need your ticket every time.

Las Vegas presents high-quality activity, attractions, buying and world-renowned resorts so have a look at what that city can provide you with with hotelbye . One of many places to see in Las Vegas may be the Venetian Hotel situated on "The Strip" across from Treasure Island. Venetian Hotel is one of the city's finest resorts and has several exciting tourist attractions and the Venetian Gondola Tours certainly are a enjoyment method to see the complex. The Paris Hotel is still another spot to see. That lodge is one of the very quickly acknowledged resorts in the Strip Street since facing this resort is a level model of the Eiffel Tower, and down the way in which is just a entertainment of the Paris Opera House. In Las Vegas you'll find the best attractions
