Your sister should be the one that feels bad!!! Pregnant women sometimes think that they are overweight and ugly, not true. You should wear what ever makes you feel good. I am sure that your sister sometimes wear things that you don't like. Do you ridicule her? Of course not. When you feel gorgeous in something you wear, it makes you gorgeous!! If she doesn't like you feeling good maybe you should consider having a long talk with her. I am sure when she finds out that what you are wearing makes you feel good, I am sure she will understand. And the answer to your question, no it is not too much!

You are who you are, if you are overly used to wearing that type of clothing, go ahead. I think the dress should be fine, although it may be a bit uncomfortable to move around in later on. I want to say "wear leggings with them" since it would look you look good even when pregnant, but I don't know if you like them.

I think its best to go for a more classy look when you're pregnant rather than sexy. I mean you can look gorgeous even without miniskirts right? :) I suggest on choosing interesting tops rather than exposing your legs at this time though. Pure opinion though.

no, hot girls are still hot when they're pregnant, you don't need to start dressing frumpy just cause you have a baby bump. I'm guessing your sister is on the homelier side, and probably prone to jealousy of you anyway.
