Lawyer forced me to drop my case.?
Okay an attorney who I was paying to represent me against my union and employer called me up on a Wednesday and told me that I had to give him $ 10,000 in two days or he will withdraw from my case and I will have to drop my case against the union and company. When my mother and I asked why the case would be dropped he said that cases like this take a long time and it’s the best thing to do and the case was dropped. I was pretty much forced to drop my case against the union and company where the union forged grievances with my name on it and a company who destroyed my file of how they wrongfully terminated me. Just so you know he was paid 15,000 already and I never seen a day in court before my case was dropped. When he dropped my case that I wanted to continue was there something I was supposed to sign before the case was dropped, I really want to take him to the disciplinary board for this.

I'm not familiar with labor law, or with the usual practices in your state, so I can't fully answer your question. However, you should be able to report questionable attorney behavior to the state bar association or whatever disciplinary measures exist in your state. These should be readily available on the internet.

Your case is not dropped unless you inform the court. HE can drop you as a client whenever he wants. Since you were unable to pay him there is no reason for him to continue.
You can continue the case with another lawyer, or on your own.
There does not seem like anything that can be done before a disciplinary board.
