I want a Korean hairstyle, but...?

Hi,

I'm a 160 cm short asian girl and I like the korean hairstyles (men hairstyle by the majority) and so I'd like to cut my hair short or medium (not longer than my shoulders), but I don't know how I should cut it this time.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
