what is best forex or share mkt & why?

There is no "best"--every market has its pluses and minuses especially with regard to your own unique personality.

If you want to start with a Low capital I suggest Forex Trading, because Forex has a very high liquidity especially in London and New York sessions, You control your risk trading with Minilots or Microlots.

With Share Market you risk a lot of money but you can trade shares with OPTIONS wich is more inteligent and very profitable.

Forex is better than share market because we can get results in the same day, this is the best option to earn more profit.

Best is not the question to ask.

i like forex because it takes less money to get in, the returns are leveraged, and the commissions are lower.

the downside is you can wipe out your capital quicker, the forex can seem random, and you need to know more information and learn more.

Stocks are good because you can invest in companies over time, you can use company fundamentals to pick (IE is the company profitable.) and its unlikely that your floats will suddenly drop to 0.00

again the downside is more money is needed to invest (you put up 100% of the money) and returns are slower (and on the plus steadier).

USA market is best one. No risk of investment & get more profits.
