How to update Bios set-up for windows-7 ?

You do NOT interfere or update your BIOS unless the system *specifically* asks you.

Installing a new or upgrading to a new OS is NOT one of them.

You need to backup your existing BIOS. You need to run the downloaded installer or application executable for the BIOS updating software.

You don't need to update your BIOS before installing Windows 7.

If you are not a professional progarmmer, you should not have to update Bios on your operating system.
