Can I buy a laptop with an alternative keyboard?

I need a new laptop as my three year old one is starting to fall apart. :(

However, there is one significant problem with buying a new one: I want a German QWERTZ-keyboard on it. As a German this is the way I grew up and what I am used to, since I mostly type in German it is more convenient as well; just changing the software settings and using a standard QWERTY-keyboard won't satisfy me as there are some significant differences in the layout of the keys itself, not just the position of the letters.

Now, is there any place in Singapore where I can maybe buy/order laptops with a keyboard different to the standard?

    You are going to have to buy one from Germany, mail order. Or, at least buy a German USB keyboard.
