I life in a residential Area,my Cat goes outside this morning I did see him on my neighbours Boot,?

Question

on the Street in the Parking Place. He was sitting on the Cover of that Boot. This is from Nylon or kind of. Now my Question, if my Cat somehow damage this Boot Cover do I have to pay for. Normally there are only Cars on the Street but this Guy has Permission to park his Boot there, on the Street in front of his House. What do You think , do I have to pay ????

Nothing happens 'til this moment I am only asking what my chances are, I did see him for the first time up there.

If you get seen then, yes you will probably have to pay. Unless they don't know its your cat then, try not to pay, unless your conscience wants you to.
