Auto insurance Cheaply for a Teen?
I'm about to turn 16 and my parents won't add me to their policy and i'm not allowed to get my license unless i get auto insurance. I'm 16 a girl and live in Houston, Texas how much can i expect to pay a month and where can i get it cheaply

You don't need insurance to get a license, only the car you use to take the test must be insured.
Of course once you have a license your parents will have to add you to their policy.

You can get your license without you being in the insurance policy. All you need to do is have insurance on the car that you are going to drive for the driving test.
