I need help with muscle and weight..?

Ello. I am 15 years old, I weigh 125 pounds, am 5 '10, and a bit on the skinny side.. I just need to gain some muscle and more weight. Any help on routines, supplements and stuff? Also I have extremely skinny calves.. what can i do about that

    ill make it as short as possible. First off eat about 1.25-1.50 grams of protein per lb you weigh and 2-2.50 grams of carbs per lb you weigh a day. Proteins like lean beef,chicken breast, tuna,fish etc. Stay away from white carbs like white bread,pasta and sugar etc stay with whole grains and whole wheat. Eat helathy fats such as poly and mono. Not sat and trans fats. As for supplements all you really need is a whey protein for post workout. About 35 grams. Creatine monohydrate is a great supplement also. Theyre are many forms of creatine but i find mono to be tried and true. Take about 5 grams in the morning and after your workout for 3 months then cycle off for 8 weeks then go back on it. Drink plenty of water when your on it. You will bloat and gain about 5-15 pounds of water weight. While on it you will notice an increase in strength and recovery. As for workouts start off with the basics. Push ups-wide close diamond incline decline handstand. Pull ups chin ups, cliff hangers towel pull ups etc. Squat jumps lunges pistol squats. As for calves you have to work them out like 2-3 times a week to keep them growing and or maintaain. Look up workouts online. Goodluck
