in Philippians 1;;23 .many theologians use this verse to say when I die I will be with CHRIST , does this?
verse or other passages actually directly agree? what does it state when u read it fully cross referenced with what Paul has also stated in other letters ?
No wefemeist u speculating here, it does not actually state this does it?/ u cant see scriptures in your own eyes u have to let it speak fully without preconceived opinions, PAUL DID NOT SAY I DEPART TO BE WITH THE LORD does he in those exact words?? and that text in hebrews about the tent are u not again speculating or in other words interpreting it as u have been taught instead of seeing what it really says??

This agrees....
1 For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling, 3if indeed by putting it on[a] we may not be found naked. 4For while we are still in this tent, we groan, being burdened—not that we would be unclothed, but that we would be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. 5He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.
6So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, 7for we walk by faith, not by sight. 8Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. 9So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to please him. 10For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil."
II Corinthians 5:1-10
Jesus said this about even the Old Testament saints:
"And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God: 'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living."
Matthew 22:31-32
Jesus said this also....
"I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?"
John 11:25-26
In saying "everyone who believes in me shall never die" - this could not be true unless life continues after death, in a conscious relationship with the Lord.

Verse 23 is between staying here and departing to be with Christ, comma doesn't belong,
not in Greek version.
If we are born again, we ARE part of Christ's body...the bride...the body, so of course
when we die, we are part of Christ in the spirit and then we receive our body
when mortality puts on immortality.
