How to fix my bad sleeping habit?
I'm a 15 year old girl, and lately I've been sleeping all day and awake all night. I have been waking up at 4:30PM and going to bed around 8:00AM. I don't know how I can fix this problem but I really want to because I have been wasting all of my summer just sleeping all day.
(I only starting doing this, this past week because my best friend moved away to another country, and my other best friend is on vacation for a couple of weeks so I am quite bored and a little depressed and don't really know what to do all day, so I sleep.)

Omg!! I had that SAME problem haha literally! For the entire first half of my summer, it cant happen all at once, it takes like a week to get back to an average sleeping style, I'd suggest to try and go to sleep alittle bit earlier every night. AND! to get asleep earlier and feel more tired you neeeeeddd to DO stuff! During ur day, even if its like doing things you love, going for a run after or before dinner, this will deff make you more tired and willing to "fall asleep" at night! Just basically keeping buisy during ur day ull fall asleep alittle easier each night being more tired :D good luck!!!

Stop yourself sleeping, so that your so tired you have to sleep and then wait until it night time and then let yourself sleep (: set an alarm to wake up too at a reasonable hour and then hopefully you will be able to crack this bad habit. This is not proffesional advice. Just what I did. Is probably bad for you to deprive yourself sleep but it worked for me (:
