Mineral Makeup vs bb cream vs Tinted Moisturizer ?

I'm wondering which one of these is the least harmful to my skin and which one has the most benefits..can anyone help??

    Mineral powder- Lighter coverage than foundation, has SPF most of the time

    BB cream- This is like a foundation, concealer, tinted moisturizer, spf, whitening, age fighting cream in a tube. It's really popular in Asia (This one has the most benefits)

    Tinted Moisturizer- Gives you a sheer wash of color (light coverage) to even out your skin tone. Lighter than foundation. Usually has SPF.
