Who is more deserving of a Best Answer?

I would say the second one who disagrees very much but can provide logical and valid reasons for WHY they disagree with you such that you learn something from them? That makes it all worthwhile then doesn't it? What incited you to ask this question?

At yahoo usually the Questions are asked as Mockery..or insult.. Very few are serious..

by this People made up their minds before asking a question and choose that answer which agrees with them

You forgot to mention if the person who agrees with you has a valid reason for agreeing with you.I would answer, the one with the most sensible reason for their point of view.

It's the one who gives an answer that is so idiotic that you want to be sure everyone reads it.

it depends if you are trying to pontificate a dogma

or are asking a queston that you are looking for diversity
