Computer as an alarm clock?

My mom some time falls asleep at the computer & wishes it would tell her to audibly to go to bed. Are their settings on a PC & how do you set them?

    tell her to leave this site open in a tab

    and to set it for a time when she should go to bed.

    it has a really annoying alarm, will force her to shut it off.

    better use an alarm clock at her desk.
