Action Replay won't reset?

I had an Action Replay version 1.54. I wanted to use Pokemon Black cheats, so I upgraded to version 1.55. Now, it won't connect to the computer and there is no update button. I can load Pokemon Black through the Action Replay, but the codes don't work. On top of that, the A+B+Start+Select reset method won't work. Can anyone help me?

    You will need to check if AR is corrupted. Download the new, same one if possible. Then, follow the instructions that you just did to get AR in the console
