I need Cosplay Ideas Please!?

I'm going to the Manchester Expo and I'd love to dress up but I don't want to spend loads on an outfit i'll wear once...

Black hair
Rather short length hair [neck/verging shoulders]
V. Pale skin/slight freckles

I don't want a school uniform one and I don't want a death note one or another popular.(:

I already have a catsuit/ zombie outfit if they can be incorporated?

You could do Sebastian Micheals From Kuroshitsuji.
Or his demon form.  Alot of people do his human form, but a very rare few do
his 'true' form.  It hasn't really been shown what he truelly looks like, but people
usually wear black high heeled boots,black wings and a suit. :P

I think it'd look good on you, but that's just my opinion ^^;;
