I dont think so, 

Bacitracin is only effective on Gram+ bacteria, 

Novobiocin is active against Staphylococcus epidermidis and may be used to differentiate it from the other coagulase-negative Staphylococcus saprophyticus, which is resistant to novobiocin, in culture.

Optochin (or ethylhydrocupreine) is used for identification of Streptococcus pneumoniae, which is optochin-sensitive, from other α-haemolytic streptococci such as Streptococcus viridans which are resistant.
