if you're stuck in the depressions of the modern world , i think if you (like me) have a constant craving for watching beauty, watch the greatest gift from the internet , watch baby animals or baby birds on youtube , i can friggin guarantee that nothing will make your day or night more than seeing a sleeping baby bunny , but what do YOU think?

I'm sorry these things personally do not work for me. Some people have an imbalance in their brain and it needs to be medicated properly along with psychological counseling. Although, the things you mention do tend to help because looking and or watching things that should make us happy helps to do just that!! :)
