How to scan things onto paint?

Generally, you can set scanner properties to make it scan file to jpeg format, i don't know how for Epson.

There is another way if you can't set, scan file to pdf format first and convert the pdf to jpeg format later. Two methods for reference:

a, capture the screen of the pdf to jpeg format. Click the "Print Screen" button on top right > click "Start" and choose "All programs" > go to "Accessories" and select "Paint" to paste the captured screen. In this way, you can save the whole pdf file in Paint.

b. use a pdf converter to convert the whole pdf to image format. Simpo pdf converter ultimate can do this for you and you can give it a try.

save the file to a .jpg and make sure the default program for opening .jpg's is paint, by going into properties of a .jpg file and changing the "program that opens this type of file".
