If that does not help then try to call ISP. Explain or give them good reason why you would like to have another IP address. Sometime acting as you have problem with your internet connection may help that gonna to make new account for you what means and getting new IP address.

the easier way to change your ip is just unplug your modem or router for 1 night and then plug it back in and it well give you a new ip.
