Does it mean he likes me or is he just trying to be give me the normal crap I should be expecting as a girl?

Hello.

The situation is a bit odd at the moment. We both live in different countries and even if we keep in touch we can only see each other once or twice a month (3 to 5 days each time). I am willing to move out and find a place next to him soon. He knows that. Long story. We met by chance and sort liked each other very much. So he is not a cyber friend I have never seen.

He never really talks about feelings and he is most of the time not overly demonstrative. He shows he's sad when I leave and obviously he shows he's happy to see me as well. But he is not the kind of guy who would send 5 text messages a day just to say "I miss you baby xoxo" and less to let someone deliver roses to me. He is more the kind of person who sends a link to a funny picture or even send me a book he thinks I would like and who always asks how I feel.

I am just very pleased because he's just sent me for no reason something quite nice "Hunni, you are a wonderful person and you are always amazing to me xxx". This just confuses me!

It is his way to tell me he loves me?
