I am terribly angry with mom, she celebrates my birth day once in four years!?

If you were born in a leap year & if your birthday falls on 29th of Feb, then you can manage to celebrate your birthday on 28th of Feb every year. You should convince your mom that it's related to your happiness. She will be agree.

Can she celebrate it every year? If she can do it right on the day, then there's something up. If she has a commitment or something, try to reschedule it a bit earlier or a bit later. And if she can't do it either way, go with friends. And also, think about what else she has done for you. Because if she gives you a lot and she won't, then all the other stuff, in her mind, might make up for it.

Let it go. She's a **** mum then. Hang on with friends that wanna celebrate your birthday, or decide it's not important.
