100 meter gps tracking device?
I was watching Scrubs today, and J.D. And Turk were using a GPS warning device that goes off whenever you come within a hundred meters of the sensor.
Does anyone know where I can find one?
Preferably inexpensive. Obviously.

This may be a shock to you but not everything on TV is real.
GPS wouldn't be much use for that since it only knows where it is not where anything else is. Plus it doesn't work well indoors.
You could probably make something like that using some cheap wifi devices. Set one of them up to broadcast an obscure SSID and have the other beep whenever it can see that ID. You probably wouldn't get 100m and the range would be dependent on the environment but you could put it together for $50 or so.
