what happened to my dsi?!?!?! can someone please help me?
ummmm my dsi is brand new and something went totally wrong yesterday..... my system wouldn't let me play any games and when i went to settings the dsi froze and little white lines crossed over my dsi screens then slowly grew until both of my screens where pure white. i also can't turn it off or put it on rest. nothing works except changing the light using the secret method ( hold select and turn volume up and down )so can someone please help.... i don't know what to do!

Hold the power button for a while (don't let go until it turns off). It should turn off. If it doesn't turn off within about 30 seconds try taking the battery out. Then put the battery straight back in and see if the DSi is working now. If not send it off to Nintendo to see if they can find out what's wrong with it. Seen as it's brand new it should still be in warranty so shouldn't cost you anything. Or instead of sending it to Nintendo you could take it back to where you bought it and get a working replacement or a refund.

OMG, should you bought the $20 assurance, ship it in to Nintendo and they will have it constant without spending a dime, however they are not able to shop any of your information. get an sd card and shop your graphics if you'll be able to. My R button may not paintings both. i push it, however not anything occurs. i suppose it is jammed. Does Bowser's within tale want the R button by any means whatever, cuz then I might purchase it.

It's called a system failure caused by faulty parts. It happens sometimes to new DSi's, but the warranty (of a new system) will cover it.
Quelle(n): It happened to me. I sent it to Nintendo and they gave me a new one. They also payed for the postage.
