Should I go back to facebook?
I've been facebook less for a year and five months. I've given it sometime and thought and I feel like I should not return to facebook. Someone give me a good reason (other than friends & family) to reactivate my account on facebook.
"why not, you would enjoy your friends' updates"
I don't need facebook to tell me that. Do mind that if my friends have or still have my number, why couldn't they call me instead?

It was a big decision for me to leave facebook in the first place. And I did. Why? Privacy. If people are worried about privacy and what should be shown or not shown, the best way to not have your privacy compromised is to not have an account period. It' just like sex. Why risk yourself to potentially contrast a disease or an unintentional pregnancy? Even with protection, your still at a chance. Best way to not get involved is to not do it. Simple.

If you avoiding facebook for reasons such as privacy then you need to use your account security settings. many people dont even owrry about them. more than half the world left myspace cause of the random friends that would add you and all the usless crap that came with it. Facebook has made this eaiser and now we can keep a network of friends and family personal rather than having a full public profile like there was on myspace. The problem with alot of people now with facebook is that, they still treat it like myspace. There is no need to add every tom dick and harry to you FB. I dont and i hate people who do. MOre usless status updates and stupid **** to read that you dont care about. Honestly. My GF updates her status about everything. and its annoying cause who really needs to know your work schedule for the week and how you farted a second ago.
