When was the last time you felt very happy ?

In the last four weeks I went on holiday to Qatar to visit my parents who I haven't seen for nearly a year. Parts of that trip made me happy although I'm not sure I'd use the term "very happy"

More worryingly I had to sit and think about this question for a good ten minutes before I could find an answer. I think that tells me something.

Last night when I got the first night out alone with my husband in 6 months. With 4 kids, it doesn't happen very often so those times make me really happy.

Now. I've got a banana sandwich and a pot of tea: just returned from a long walk with a borrowed dog. Happiness is really easy - change what you can, learn to accept and appreciate that which you can't.

When my son's latest test results came back as NO CHANGE for the first time in months. This made me very happy.

When I recently realised my wonderful wife was coming out of a massive depression, after many serious surgical operations.

She has been my rock for 50 years, and without her I am nothing.

YES I AM REALLY HAPPY.

dont know, how do you define happiness. Can't remember when I was last rruelly happy but was happy recentlt when son got a job after a period of unemployment.I was happy when I bought a new car last month.

When I had a good relationship with my ex husband.

When I moved into a great street with friendly caring people all around me.

the last time i was happy was 3 years ago.we had a lovely daughter in law ,but they got divorced ,and since then its been like losing a daughter .,so sad .since then husband been ill .i am ill,house caught fire ,husband lost his job ,now trying to keep house from been taken away from us .life at the moment i hate it

I felt happy a few days ago after my dentist helped remove a dental absess from my tooth, i was in agony before it.

Something I did. Helped a stray kitty cat in our neighborhood -- he was injured a bit. He's here now and hopefully, hopefully, someone will adopt him down the road.
