Can`t remember the movie title?

This movie is probably from the late 80`s, maybe early 90`s. A comedy/drama genre.

About a blonde, attractive lady, who suddenly turns into a celebrity ( she was an ordinary woman before). She is in her 30s,I guess. The most important fact is, I think, that she always wears fancy, elegant dresses ( changes them every time), and she always has a new hairdo. She drives a fancy car, she is like a diva.

The film is centered on telling the story of this woman.

Finally, she gets pregnant and has a baby. She realizes that her life is going to change again..

By the way, maybe she became an actress or singer, something like that...
