How can i turn on max settings?
How can i turn on max settings on my pc to run games at a high frame rate. I have a windows Vista Home Premium SP2, 4GB RAM ,Intel Core 2 duo @2.00GHz oh and btw i have a 64-bit operating system...so...how can i minimize the lag?? i already cleaned my C disk with CCleaner and optimized it too with tons of other programs...i have like 140 GB left on my C but even still all my games lag...

Hello fellow gamer, first I'd like to explain ; space on your hard drive has little to do with in game lag, fragmentation basically effects load times.
I think its your graphics card. Find out what what kind of graphics card you have by going to Device Manager and check under display adapters. Go to the manufactures Website and download the latest drivers. If you're getting low fps and a lot of Frame Drops during game play, turn your Settings down a bit ; or you could run the game in a lower resolution with high settings. Make sure you have a good amount of RAM ( memory) freed for your games. ( close all apps ) You also can download a program called game booster which does this for you, it turns off a lot of the useless windows background Services and apps when gaming.

You listed everything except your video card? Is it Integrated? If so that's the culprit
