why i can never get above 8 % on the answers ?

Make a lot of friends or create multiple accounts. That's the strategy implemented by most of the smart peeps here.

More to the point, however, you can't expect all askers to agree with your line of reasoning. Different people have different views. Askers will choose the answer that fit perfectly with their line of reasoning.

Maybe it's because you answer too many questions. Try answering fewer questions, and putting A LOT of effort into your answers. It will raise the percentage fast.
