Pokemon Black on DS lite?
I have beaten the elite 4 on black but not on Pearl yet. Do I need to beat them on Pearl in order to trade between the two games?

Not really.
But you have to beat the Storyline in Pokemon Black in order to get the National Dex and have the opportunity to be able to trade Pokemon from Pearl To Black.
So you don't need to beat the Elite four in Pearl, but in Black you do.

I identified an incredible location containing whole english version associated with pokemon black and white to get down load. You can also engage in it using your laptop by using a good emulator if you dont have a ds or even some sort of ds catridge!

No, U dont need to, you only need to beat the E4 in black, then go to route 15 (only accessible after you beat the E4) then you can start mingrating pkm from gen 4 over, one way only, which mean pkm from your black can not go back once traded.
Also no item is allowed, eggs or pokemon with HM moves, 6 pkm each times and no limit per day.
