Adele - Rolling in the Deep ?

Also britisch englisch beherrsche ich nicht perfekt, aber ich hatte gegoogelt, wie das 'Rolling in the Deep' interpretiert wird.

Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" is about a woman who is thinking of her love and relationship with a man who has control of her heart but took advantage of her--"You had my heart inside your hand/but you played it to the beat". Though she emerges from "the dark" and is angry and able to see the man for what he truly is, she thinks of how they "could have had it all". I really cannot figure out what the phrase "rolling in the deep" refers to though. Pain? Sorrow? Any thoughts?

Heißt so gut wie: Bei Adeles "Rolling in the Deep" geht es um eine Frau, die über die Liebe und die Beziehung mit einem Mann nachdenkt, der die Kontrolle über ihr Herz hat, und ausnutzt - "Du hattest mein Herz in deine Hand / aber du hast damit rumgeschlagen ". Sie kommt vom dunklen hervor, und ist mit der Lage wütend, was sie von ihm zu sehen bekommt, sie denkt sich "wie konnte ich das alles haben". Ich kann wirklich nicht herausfinden, was der Ausdruck "rolling in the deep" beziehen soll wahrscheinlich auf Schmerzen? Leid? Irgendwelche Gedanken?
