    The Committee of Union and Progress was probably the one most responsible for the killings of the Armenians, Greeks, and Assyrians in the 1915-1918 era. The Three Pashas were from that organization within the Young Turks Party.

    EDIT: Do you mean organizations that gave charitable, humanitarian aid to the Armenians suffering during the genocide? The Red Cross played a huge role in that.
