Do girls want guys to confess?

they they like them or rather, leave it at an implication. Because I've reached a point in which I need to stop dragging out an interest for a girl and just flat out tell her that I like her. But ladies, if you feel that a guy might like you, is it a confession that you want to hear? Or would you rather have it play out on it's own pace. I feel like if I'm confessing too much to a girl I like, I feel invasive. Rather, I just like to let things build up and finally admit. But that typically ever works out..

Update:

I've known this girl for more than a year. Haven't hung out too much because we both work independently. However, we talk and we're pretty cool. I'm tired of just playing "I'll tell her I like when the time is right" game..that gets old and I don't get anywhere with it.

Yes! Even though the girl may not be all over you and stuff, she may just be playing hard to get and in fact, deep inside is bursting with excitement every time she talks to you. I'd recommend asking her to hang out just the two of you and see how that goes. She'll definitely say yes if she likes you back, and will definitely show better signs of liking you when it's just the two of you.

Girls love to be flirted with even if they acted like they dont. I think you should flirt with her and definanly hint to her...and then you should confess
