Who are better in language,men or women?

Women, no doubt about it! They come out of the women speaking and will not stop until they die. They are true communicators and have a talent for conveying ideas that men can not usually put so eloquently. One of their many great characteristics, which make them only more loveable!

many tests suggests females. but then again many other studies have suggested that the similarities between the sexes is greater than the differences.

i personally think that most scientists aren't exactly sure yet. (don't get me wrong i like scientists.)

Depends on the person. You are asking us to classify groups of about 3.5 billion people. That simply isn't possible.
