DNA question,is this possible?
I know this is a bit far out but is it possible to use preexisting DNA components to make an entirely new species as long as the parts are compatible and the DNA chain was complete? If so how is the new organism born?
It would be a reptile-like organism

If everything worked out how you said it could work but would be difficult to create. Also, the organism depending on what type (mammal, fish, reptile.. ect) would need to be put in a mother of a species that is similar to the organism being created
