Name of a movie about living mannequin?

Question

When I was a kid, I once saw this movie about a little kid who wanted a mommy desperately. I don't remember whether it was a boy or a girl. Anyway, a mannequin woman would come alive and play his/her nanny, but at some point went back to being a mannequin. I think the kid had made a wish to Santa Claus or something to make her come alive. 
it was a movie from the 80s or 90s, does anyone know it? I know it's not a lot of information, but it's really all I can remember.

i just watched this movie! One of my fav's! Its called "A Mom for Christmas" with Olivia Newton John in it.

It doesn't sound like the first Mannequin, It may be the second one, "Mannequin: On the Move" (1991) but I'm not 100% sure.
