extreme itching and buring on Anus what TYPE of Doctor to go to? plz help!?
my poor hubby has been suffering from extreme itching and buring on and around his anus...we have tried everything, and its not working! he wants to see a doc tomorrow, but doesnt know which one to go to! what type of Doctor should he see? Hope someone can help me!!! thank you!!

he could have pinworms, also any recent bout of diarrhea could have ulcerated or irritated it due to stomach acid or constipation could have caused microtears. but pinworms sounds possible as well.
