CPALead.com - age limit?

Dear people,

I have a question regarding CPALead.com. I am 16 years old and live in Austria/Europe. I have some websites with some files that get downloaded pretty often and I'd like to lock this content with surveys to make some money with it. Also, I have some other video content that I'd like to lock too.

Now, my question is: Is there an age limit for joining CPALead.com? And what is this W9 form? (I've heard that it's some kind of tax form that you get when you earn more than 600$ a year) Is there an age limit for filling out this form?

    CPALead is a US company, the tax forms are US, probably don't apply to European affiliates.

    Best person to ask for detailed information would be a CPALead account manager, they can point you in the right direction, and will also help you ensure that your traffic doesn't get you termed.

    CPALead may not be the best option for you, especially if you don't have US traffic.

    EDIT: You may have better luck using your own content locker, and putting offers from multiple sources into it. Look into CPALock, it's one of the better content lockers available. Costs $40 last I checked. Well worth it.
