help me my spiny soft shell turtle is developing small black and greenish marks on the top of his shell.?

Question

so I noticed this about two weeks ago he had a black mark on his top shell that wasnt there at first now another appeared and its greenish black. he has white lines under his eyes that i dnt think were there before. he acts fine but im still worried about my lil buddy. i have a little picasimus fish and it has been attaching his sucker to Turtltins shell could that be the cause, or a sign of fungas growth. i have treated him with a sulfa dip solution but its not helping. i can send pictures if that will help if someone has an idea.

the marks are totally different then the black circles they are supposed to have.

its more like a blueish indention/ hole in his shell.

I would think that he was just maturing also, but just take him to a vet, see what they think.

Do you get a reliable night's sleep with a shiny gentle on over your mattress?

I strongly believe this is happening becoz he is maturing. Nothing to worry about.
