Milk and my 1 year old?
I am all for getting rid of bottles when my daughter reaches a year old but my concern is that she wont take enough fluids in the day with out them.
She currently drinks around 16 fl oz a day of milk from her bottles and only 4/5 fl oz a day of water from her sippy. I plan to firstly take away all day time bottles of milk leaving just her night time milk bottle as this is part of her bed time routine, or would you suggest getting rid of them all in 1 go?
Did your LO start drinking more from a sippy once the bottles were removed?
I will offer smaller drinks of milk with a snack or meal in her sippy, does this sound ok?

When my daughter was that age we started doing away with bottles but we kept the night time bottle because it was very soothing for her. Once the sippy cups come into play and your little girl sees that that is her only source then she will drink. Especially if you offer regularly. I think you have a solid plan.

I think your best bet is to throw out all of the bottles at once.
It may take a day or 2, but she'll drink it all out a sippy cup once she realizes she's not getting another bottle.
Remember, at 1 year old, toddlers need 16-24 oz of milk a day, this includes other dairy as well, such as cheese and yogurt.
You don't need to give her full 8 oz sippy cups of milk, it's OK just to give her some milk with breakfast and dinner, water with lunch & make sure she's got enough dairy throughout the day. It's also best to drop the night time milk.

Sounds like your daughter is getting a lot of fluids, she is drinking a lot of water for her age as well. You can easily get rid of her bottles as you have planned and keep giving her water and milk from a sippy cup. She won't get dehydrated just by the water alone you are giving her, just be sure she is getting enough nutience in her food to eliminate her bottles.
