I need some sleeping help/advice (natural)?
I commonly have major problems trying to fall asleep or even getting tired. I work all day and go to school, come home and work some more from my computer. Most nights it's a struggle even getting to bed as I can't lie still. the other nights I just lie there. My body feels very tired sometimes so it's difficult to get up, but my mind is working to fast I don't get a wink.
Any advice of things to try would be greatly appreciated.

Hey man I had this very same problem about a year ago. Really taking time out about 30 minutes before you want to go to bed to relieve the days stress and relax yourself will really help. Try to sit quietly or with some calming meditation music, chinese flutes, or some soft classical music. Just really breathe in through your nose, letting the air fill the bottom of your stomach and all the way up into your chest and then let out a slow exhalation. Very deep and slow breathing will relax you so much that you'll think your already asleep. Other than that here is a link to some all natural sleep remedies if you want something to add to help aid you in falling into a deep and restful sleep. The best way is not treat insomnia with tablets, instead, do this. When you are tucked up, snug as a rug, lights out, don't shut your eyes. Keep them open for as long as you can, until they sting so much you have to shut them. When that happens, open them immediately and do it again , always trying for 60 seconds, the same procedure, open long, shut when stinging , on and on and soon, bingo, the next thing you know you can't do it anymore, and you drop off .
It should take around 10 minutes all up.

Those all sounds like wonderful alternatives. But, if you're looking for a legit answer, melatonin is wonderful. I was on so many sleeping pills as a young teen. None of them worked. I took a melatonin to fall asleep and one to stay asleep (2 different kinds). It worked miracles!
