information on windows live mail?
I bought a HP laptop last year and it came with windows live mail 2010, so when the update to 2011 popped up I downloaded that and since then I have had trouble with sending and receiving emails, how cant I get 2011 off my laptop? I want to go back to the 2010 version. I tried downloading 2010 version advised by the HP help desk but so far its still there!! Many thanks.
I asked a man that came to look at my laptop for another problem and he said it wasn't possible to do that because 2011 will always over-ride 2010. If i press F8 then I will lose all my data.

You can get 2011 off your laptop by uninstalling it.
After that, install the 2010 one.
