Can somebody identify this picture?

My friend found it years ago and we want to use it in a school project, so we need to know who to credit, we think it came from the Italian version of Vogue sometime in 2009 but we could be wrong, any help finding either the exact issue or an online collection of all the back issues of the magazine would be helpful.
