hya i have a 25 dollar sears gift card... can I buy a different giftcard with the one I have such as an ebay or best buy giftcard? thanks

Doubt it. Look for Sears website, I think they may have other stores that do accept their cards like possibly K-Mart. But, anyway, the Sears online store might have a lot more on it then you'd think and more then they have in their stores.
There is always re-gifting. Hopefully it doesn't have a Christmas scene on it. Even if it does, give it to your dad for father's day!!! :)

It Sears sells gift cards you should be able to buy one with your gift card - I'm not sure. However, there are many "swap" or "trade" websites online for people who want to sell or trade a gift card that they got.
